Return of Goods

Returning goods to the Seller is carried out provided that the goods are in the same condition in which they were received (with all attached labels and seals, without being torn and/or removed), as well as not treated with cleaning agents, contaminated, damaged, or used.

To avoid any doubt, the Buyer has the right to return the goods no later than the 14-day period, which starts from the date of receipt of the Order, as determined by the Consumer Protection Act.

The conditions and terms for returning goods are in accordance with the requirements of the Consumer Protection Act.

The courier costs for returning an order to www.djidjiprod.com are borne by the Buyer.

The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with the standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal according to Annex No. 6, which can be downloaded from here.

In connection with returning goods to the Seller, the Client must follow the following procedure and provide information:

Completed proforma invoice;

Original receipt of the returned item;

Preferred method of satisfaction upon return (exchange of goods, issuance of an electronic voucher for the value of the returned goods, refund);

Bank account details to which the Buyer wishes the paid amount to be refunded.

Returning goods from the Buyer to the Seller is done by sending the goods, via Courier, to the address:

Refund of Paid Amount

• The Seller undertakes to refund the amount paid by the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the Buyer's request to return the goods, provided a document certifying its return to the Seller is presented.
• If the Order was paid by cash on delivery, the amount will be refunded to the Client's personal bank account in Bulgarian leva.
• In this regard, the Seller is not responsible for incorrectly provided bank account details. The Seller's obligation to refund the amount for a canceled order ends at the moment of making the bank transfer to the account provided by the Client.
• In cases where the Buyer has requested an invoice for a legal entity, the latter receives a Credit Note from the Seller on the day of the refund.
